Product Description
VINIFICATION
The Grenache grapes were harvested at 22 – 23 °B, destalked, lightly pressed and pumped into the press. After 4 hours skin contact we started to bleed of the pale pink coloured juice and proceeded with soft pressing cycle. Fermentation was in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks at 13 °C to produce fresh fruit flavours.
